At Hizoo, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a reliable customer experience. This Limited Warranty explains the coverage available for eligible products purchased from Hizoo, as well as how customers can submit a warranty claim.
Warranty Period
Hizoo provides a limited warranty for eligible products starting from the date the order is marked as delivered.
The applicable warranty period may vary depending on the product purchased. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or order details, customers must contact Hizoo within the applicable warranty period to request warranty assistance.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the delivery date of the original order.
What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use during the warranty period.
Covered issues may include:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Defective materials or workmanship;
- Product faults that affect normal functionality;
- Items that stop working properly due to a confirmed production or quality issue.
If a covered defect is confirmed, Hizoo may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable consumer protection laws.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- Dropping, impact, pressure, or physical damage caused after delivery;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or attempts to open the product;
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, fading, fabric wear, or signs of regular use;
- Accidental damage, including exposure to water, fire, heat, or other external causes, unless the product is specifically described as resistant to such conditions;
- Improper storage, cleaning, installation, or maintenance;
- Use of the product in a way that is not consistent with its intended purpose;
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced items;
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or components not approved by Hizoo.
This warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your Hizoo product, please contact our customer support team at:

To help us review your claim, please include the following information:
- Your full name;
- Order number;
- Email address used at checkout;
- A brief description of the issue;
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect;
- Any additional information that may help us evaluate the claim.
Once your request is received, our support team will review the information provided and contact you with the next steps.
Claim Evaluation
Hizoo reserves the right to evaluate each warranty claim before approving any resolution.
In some cases, we may request additional photos, videos, or product information. We may also ask customers to return the product for inspection before a final decision is made.
Customers should not return any product before receiving authorization and instructions from Hizoo.
Warranty Resolution
If the warranty claim is approved, Hizoo may offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair of the defective product, when applicable;
- Replacement of the defective product;
- Store credit;
- Refund, when appropriate or required by applicable law.
If a replacement is provided, it will be for the same product model whenever possible. If the same model is unavailable, Hizoo may offer a comparable replacement or another suitable solution.
The warranty period does not restart when a replacement product is issued. Any replacement remains covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a product return is required for inspection, Hizoo will provide instructions by email.
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the nature of the claim, the product condition, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
Purchases from Third-Party Platforms
If your Hizoo product was purchased through an authorized third-party platform or marketplace, warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and refunds may be subject to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.
For order-specific issues related to third-party platforms, such as shipping, refunds, or returns, customers may need to contact the platform’s customer service directly.
Hizoo may still assist with general product questions when possible.
Non-Transferability
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product from Hizoo or an authorized sales channel.
Proof of purchase may be required to confirm warranty eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hizoo’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the defective product.
Hizoo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
